JOB TITLE: Finance Manager SALARY: £62,874 - £69,860 LOCATION(S): Halifax or Leeds HOURS: Full time WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of the above offices About this opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our Customer & UKPB team within the Product Analytics team in Retail Finance. The role will have responsibility for Performance Management Reporting and Financial MI development using a customer lens with the unique opportunity of supporting the Business Partner Teams and the Business directly on new product and service initiatives. There is a huge amount of change in the Retail Sector with evolving customer behaviours influencing how customers gain access to and utilise our financial products, which has been particularly impacted by Covid and potential longer lasting changes from that and we provide the insight to support our businesses better meet our customer needs. This is a great opportunity to work with the Consumer Business as it is developing at pace and you will have a pivotal role in helping our strategic partners, to navigate our way through these changes and influence the shape of their Businesses going forward. This role sits within the Retail Products and Reporting Team which you will be welcomed into and supports financial performance reporting for the full range of products within the Retail Bank providing exposure to increase your breadth of knowledge across these products. Reporting into the Senior Manager for Customer, the role will help lead and co-ordinating delivery of accurate data and information to Finance and the Consumer Business ensuring strong insight and analytics are at the heart of everything we do. Day to day you'll be; Helping your team to deliver a high-performance mentality and encouraging them to embrace stretching development objectives. Supporting your team in providing insightful, high quality management accounting reports. Building a wide network of contacts across Finance, with collaboration between teams being the key to your success in the role. Responding to individual and team objectives and invest in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities and coaching others.
