The first, located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, offers 92 luxury apartments that blend historic architecture with modern luxury, surrounded by the city's top attractions. The second property, situated on the Royal Mile just minutes from Edinburgh Castle, provides a unique combination of luxury and history, offering guests an exceptional experience in one of the city's most prestigious areas.
The Job
As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring the continued success of both luxury properties. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will develop and implement sales strategies to attract new partnerships, manage existing accounts, and increase revenue. You will also focus on market research, sales forecasting, and client relationship management, all while ensuring that exceptional guest experiences are consistently delivered. Your leadership will be key in meeting targets and maintaining the high standards that define these prestigious properties.

* Previous Experience: Our client is seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
* Relationship Builder: Our client is looking for someone who excels at building strong relationships and maintaining a client-focused approach.
