Responsibilities
:
1. Partner closely with department heads and senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
2. Provide insightful analysis and rmendations to support business decisions, including revenue forecasting, cost optimisation, and investment opportunities.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance on financial implications, risks, and opportunities associated with various initiatives.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports tomunicate financial insights, trends,and rmendations to senior management.
Requirements:
8. Accounting qualification: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
9. Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
10. Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to conveyplex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
11. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Oracle and Hyperion.
