Conveyancer – Solihull - 09:00 – 17:00 | £30,000 per year The Job: We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Conveyancer based in their offices, in Solihull. This is to join a busy and growing team, and within this role you will be given a little level of responsibility from the beginning and opportunities to develop your career. For this Conveyancer role you will join a specialist team who provide individuals with a first-class service. Responsibilities will include: As a Conveyancer you will take ownership of your own caseload which will consist of new build purchase matters and their related sales if applicable. It will be your responsibility to manage matters throughout the span of their lifecycle, and undertake and oversee such tasks as reporting to Lenders, reviewing key documentation and resolving client Due diligence issues. You will drive forward each transaction, understanding each client's specific requirements and acknowledging the intricacies of their instructions. You will be working closely with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Administrator to guarantee a first-class service is provided, as well as Ensuring all appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters are met. Are You the Right Person for the Job? To join our growing team, you must have: A minimum of 3 years’ experience handling cases/matters from inception to completion Proficiency in residential property transactions, including sales and purchases Strong communication and client management skills Technical ability and attention to detail Competence in Word formatting, task management in Outlook, and handling completion statements, ledgers, and banking elements A confident, friendly manner to engage with clients and correspond effectively What Will Your Role Look Like? As a Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will independently manage a caseload of residential sales and purchases, within a collaborative team environment.
