We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Reception Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of receptionists, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are met.
2. Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, including room reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
4. Handle guest complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor the occupancy levels and revenue of the hotel and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
6. Ensure accurate billing and payment procedures are followed.
7. Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback.

1. Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
