Your Role As our Microsoft 365 Lead, you will: Provide expert hands-on support for Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring seamless collaboration, security, and performance. Lead and mentor the support team, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex M365 issues. Oversee M365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. Manage security and compliance within M365, including identity management, access control, and data protection. Ensure effective monitoring of M365 services, addressing performance and availability issues proactively. Develop and refine standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for M365 support. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. What Were Looking For Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security configurations. Hands-on experience in M365 support and troubleshooting, working within an IT support or managed services environment. Strong leadership abilities able to guide and mentor junior team members while driving M365 best practices. Proficiency in security & compliance for M365, including Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and data loss prevention. Experience with monitoring tools and proactive system health checks. Excellent communication skills able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions for clients and colleagues. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent (preferred).
