The Role

Key Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in various markets.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Driving sales processes and negotiating deals.
Conducting market research and analysis.
Collaborating with different departments to optimise deal management.
Reporting on sales results and market conditions.
Required Experience
Experienced in B2B sales - minimum of 2 years
On the upward curve of your sales career - potentially looking for a step into a closing position
Track record of sales process and methodology
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
You will ideally have an understanding of the construction industry - including exposure to architects, consultants and contractors, but not essential
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
