Job Description
1. Support the HR team in implementing HR strategies
2. Facilitate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
4. Contribute to staff development and training initiatives
5. Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements
6. Participate in performance management processes
7. Assist in the coordination of company events and initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
1. Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
