EQUANS is looking for a Projects Administrator to join our team based at EDF Torness Nuclear Power Station, Dunbar on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26, per annum and benefits package.
You will act as the main and primary contact for project Administration on-site for Equans Work Closely with the project team, but also liaise with other subcontractors, Work Closely with the project team, but also liaise with other subcontractors, clients, and suppliers.
What will you deliver?
1. Manage Purchases, operated hire, and off-hire.
2. Raise material requisitions as the project team requires on the COUPA system.
3. Check, manage and report any unmatched invoices.
4. Document Filling.
5. Vetting new Subcontractors.
6. Updating Excel with costs.
7. Processing timesheets on Maximo System.
8. Compiling quote folders.
9. Completing Minor Details to contract award letters.
10. Reviewing SMOC system.
11. Liaise with Training on site.
12. You will also ensure compliance with company safety and quality culture.
13. Ensure client satisfaction is maintained or exceeded.
14. Ensure adherence to the companys code of conduct and ethics.
15. Ensure adherence to the companys policies and procedures.
16. Performs such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?
28. Proven work experience as an Administrator.
29. An ability to prepare and interpret Excel.
30. Microsoft / Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
31. Ability to utilise the Internet confidently.
32. Competent typing skills.
33. Need to be well organised with an eye for detail.
34. Able to work under pressure and remain calm.
This role includes a Basic DS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
