The Role:
The Campaign Manager is an integral part of Team Telemarketing, responsible for being the bridge between clients and the sales floor. You will use your skills and expertise to encourage the Training Department to facilitate the targets for the clients, following KPIs that will be discussed and set alongside the Operations Director.

Responsibilities:
Daily:
* Daily meetings with Trainer and Ops Director to review training documents and previous results to identify specific agents and/or campaigns that require targeted support.
* Review Warm and Hot setups for each caller/campaign for that day and ensure a minimum of 15 setups per day.
* Floor Training/Elbow Coaching, including completing relevant training documents with agents.
* Group Sessions/Training where call recordings are played, and constructive feedback is given.
* Regular communication with clients to build strong relationships, respond promptly to emails or calls, monitor campaign KPIs, and attend weekly/fortnightly catch-up calls via Microsoft Teams.
* Assist with listening to and scoring call recordings on Ring Sense to highlight training needs.
Weekly:
* Onboarding new clients, including initial training sessions to understand the product and/or service offering.
* Weekly meetings with the Operations Director to provide updates on all live campaigns.
* Prepare and present the Star of the Week award to three staff who have performed well.
* Manage the Workplan/Work Schedule by entering the Sales Sheet into Excel and confirming hours completed each Thursday.
* Meet with Trainers to ensure a plan of action is agreed for the upcoming week and that all new campaigns are set up and ready to proceed.
Expectations:
* Take full ownership of the Workplan, ensuring correct hours are implemented for the client with appropriate Telemarketing Executives.
* Make timely adjustments to the workplan as needed to accommodate last-minute changes.
* Follow all SLAs according to client needs or instructions from the Operations Director.
* Ensure the Training Department has the necessary tools and guidance to meet client needs.
* Flag any issues with campaigns to the Ops Director.
* Follow all processes and documents to aid in the set-up and management of campaigns.
