We are seeking a passionate and skilled administrator to join our team as an Order Processing & Stock Administrator. Key Details:
1. Position: Order Processing & Stock Administration
2. Location: Great Ellingham
3. Salary: £12.50 per hour
4. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
5. Job Type: Full-time Temporary
Key Responsibilities:
6. Order Processing: Ensure accurate accounting, documentation, and compliance with company processes for all orders.
7. Customer Service: Handle trade counter enquiries and cash sales, providing exceptional customer service.
8. Stock Management: Control stock investment and availability to ensure smooth operations.
9. Supply Distribution: Ensure prompt and efficient distribution of supplies while adhering to relevant regulations (Finance, BASIS, Poisons, etc.).
10. Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal and external standards, including BASIS, Water and Fire Regulations, Health and Safety Executive, and Ministry of Transport inspections.
11. Regulatory Oversight: Monitor and uphold compliance with Working Time Regulations and other industry-specific regulations.
12. Financial Management: Ensure accurate accounting and reporting procedures for company finances and stock.
13. Security: Safeguard the security of company cash, stock, and property.
14. TPL Administration: Support TPL administration with correct documentation and effective communication with local and wider teams.
Ideal Candidate:
15. Strong Administration Skills: Proven ability to handle administrative tasks with precision.
16. Experience in Order Processing and Stock Management: Familiarity with processing orders and managing stock.
17. Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with BASIS, Poisons Regulations, and Health & Safety standards is highly desirable.
18. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial procedures and cash handling.
19. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
20. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
