Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to work within an established 15 bed General Surgical/ Orthopaedic ward with some Elective Surgical activity In Glangwilli General Hospital. Main duties of the job Applicants should be able to demonstrate the use of evidence-based practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with a readiness to innovate and develop nursing within a team approach.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills who will be forward thinking and strive for the highest standards of patient centred care and experience.
