Position: Senior Project Manager
About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with focus for the brand Bran+Luebbe who will manage projects for oil and gas skids as well as process systems from initial quotation to final payment.
This role involves serving as the Single Point of Contact for customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires close collaboration with the sales/tendering, engineering and production team to ensure the seamless execution of complex projects. Strong communication skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and customer relationship management skills are essential for this position.
About Your Responsibilities At SPX Flow
* Oversees projects from initial quote to final payment.
* Review and evaluate general customer requirements, including purchase orders.
* Create and maintain project schedules.
* Collaborate with the relevant departments for effective resource planning.
* Monitor and control project costs.
* Track project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Occasionally participate in on-site project meetings.
* Participate in witnessed inspections at SPX facilities and supplier locations.
* Provide support to national and international customers.
* Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external communication.
* Manage escalation both internally and externally.
About You
* Graduate Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or similar qualification.
* Experience in project management (desirable).
* Good knowledge of international standards and regulations (ASME, NACE, API, etc.) (desirable).
* Commercial understanding.
* Strong customer orientation.
* Diplomatic approach.
* Ability to stay calm working under pressure.
* Solution-oriented and structured way of working.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in using MS Office applications.
* Personal qualities: team player, communicative, proactive, reliable, considerate, and responsible.
