Job Description
The role is to provide critical support to our authors. The successful candidate will work directly with authors, editorial teams, and our Shared Service Centre, ensuring seamless support from contract setup to royalty payments. Experience with royalties and a financial background are essential, along with the ability to work accurately and independently.
Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have experience with royalty processes or a background in accounting or finance, demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle complex queries. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are required. The candidate should be adept at managing multiple tasks, working in an agile environment, and handling difficult situations. In-house training will be provided, and you will be expected to become a super user of the systems used.

The successful candidate will be able to utilize our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance to our offices to participate in in-person collaboration, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
