About Our Client
My client is a global business that is rapidly expanding nationwide and is currently looking for candidates to join their team on an immediate basis. They have a hugely supportive working environment with an excellent team dynamic, and full training will be provided.
Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:
* Processing sales orders in an efficient manner and achieving customer delivery deadlines.
* Updating customers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring high-quality responses to all client queries.
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
* Working alongside Finance to highlight any orders that are blocked due to credit issues and ensuring orders can be delivered according to customer's requirements.
* Following up with the warehouse and transport company to resolve any logistics issues affecting any orders.
* Organising any stock check enquiries from customers or internal departments.
* Processing credit notes when required.
