Randstad Education are currently recruiting for experienced Teaching Assistants for various roles across North Wales. Opportunities range from flexible day-to-day supply to long-term posts. Experience working with children is essential for this role. A strong knowledge of ALN is desirable.

Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to provide support during lessons
Provide general support to the class teacher, such as setting up the classroom for lessons
Support pupils with ALN and develop strategies to best support their needs
Liaise with the class teacher and any other relevant professionals to discuss pupil progress
Provide additional support with lunch and break duties where needed
Report any safeguarding concerns to the ALNCoRequirements
Previous experience working in Education or similar role
ALN experience
Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (desirable)
Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
