This role is essential in supporting and servicing Lloyds Trade customers delivering outstanding customer service that meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key Accountabilities
* Delivery of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment - serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, providing timely updates on transactions, and offering technical support to clients.
* Actively identify complaints with a focus on resolution and route cause to prevent recurrence.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues - ensuring that all client interactions are documented properly, logging client requests where applicable.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding and application of Anti Money Laundering procedures relevant to trade services.
* Take a proactive role in driving PTG and Continuous improvement identifying opportunities for waste removal
