One of the college’s strategic objectives is to ensure excellent quality across all provision. To support this objective, we are seeking to appoint a Quality Assurance Project Coordinator. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in quality assurance within Further Education who has a deep understanding of quality assurance and standards requirements across varying awarding organisations. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the college’s Quality and Performance Strategy and associated activities according to their brief. They will work closely with the Director – Quality, Performance and Progression and Quality and Improvement Lead to ensure that the college is working towards the highest levels of quality assurance, improvement and standards across all provision types and delivering on its improvement plan. The appointed will also possess excellent communication, organisational skills and initiative. It would be advantageous if the individual had experience working for an awarding organisation and in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinating quality monitoring activities, such as stakeholder satisfaction, reports on awarding organisation, quality performance reviews and other quality assurance activity. This includes analysing data and information received and preparing reports and updates highlighting key points for further consideration.
2. Supporting the Director of Quality, Performance and Progression and Quality and Improvement Lead with coordinating all activities detailed in the strategy for all courses and departments, including preparing and collating data/information for these reviews and co-ordinating logistical arrangements for these and other information/training workshops.
3. Collating information produced at departmental levels, such as self-assessment, learner voice, teaching and learning, progress, retention and achievement; identifying themes, trends and areas for further work or support.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
