Are you interested in becoming a Director of MIS and Business Processes as part of our strategic leadership team? This role offers you the opportunity to drive significant impact and deliver quality improvements across our college operations. You will oversee MIS, Examinations, Curriculum Administration, and Customer Services.
37 hours a week / 52 weeks per year

You will be responsible for:
1. Strategic MIS & Business Processes Development: Create, maintain and deliver an effective MIS & Business Processes strategy and related policies which inform and support current and future development of the College.
2. Timely and Accurate Management Information: Pro-actively deliver accurate, objective and timely management information that is audit and inspection compliant and integral to College strategy and decision-making.
3. Comprehensive Reporting Systems: Deliver comprehensive reporting systems, anticipating need and providing thorough analysis of impact to ensure data and related implications are readily understood by internal and external stakeholders.
4. High Quality Exams Provision: Maintain high quality exams provision that supports student success and meets awarding body requirements.
5. Quality Assurance & Improvement: Quality assure all aspects of MIS & Business Processes provision and deliver quality improvements for the function, and the wider college service.
6. Responsive Front of House Services: Maintain responsive and impactful front of house services that delight all key stakeholders. Ensure curriculum have the best support to positively impact teaching and learning.
7. Leadership & Staff Management: The post is a critical College Leadership Team (CLT) position. Outstanding leadership and management skills are required to ensure that staff are effectively supported, directed and that their performance is managed so that students can achieve their full potential. Emphasis will be placed on a driving ambition for our students through inspired leadership of the quality of services.
You will need:
Essential
* Evidence of continuous professional development within the field of MIS.
* Educated to Degree Level.
* Proven successful leadership of a department delivering outstanding outcomes.
* Experience of supporting, managing and developing staff in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
Desirable
* Computing or IT related NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) or above.
* An appropriate management qualification at Level 5 or above.
