You’ll join a team of 6 Off-Page SEO Specialists. You’ll co-own growing and managing a team and implement paid and other strategic off-page initiatives that will supercharge our SEO efforts and drive commercial success across our iGaming brands. as we aim to expand fast, with multiple site launches planned across dozens of languages and regulated iGaming markets worldwide. You’ll be responsible for: - Leading and growing a high-performing off-page SEO team – Hire, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Developing and executing a scalable link-building strategy – Create and implement innovative paid and organic link-building initiatives that drive authority, rankings, and traffic. - Establishing and expanding strategic partnerships – Identify and build relationships with key industry partners, publishers, and content creators to enhance outreach efforts. - Acting as a liaison between the team and pillars – Maintain clear communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and collaboration across SEO, content, and commercial teams. - Managing reporting and the budgeting processes – Track performance, optimise spending, and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI. Your First 3 Months You'll onboard quickly, gaining insight into our SEO strategies and performance. Your focus will be assessing link-building efforts, optimising vendors, and setting KPIs. By the end, you'll have started new initiatives, begun hiring, and established a foundation for success. By 6 Months You’ll lead link-building expansion, refine processes, and structure your team. Your strategies will align with market goals, drive performance, and enhance reporting to optimize SEO impact. A Successful First Year Success means boosting off-page SEO, building a strong team, and expanding backlinks to improve rankings. Your leadership will drive sustained SEO growth and elevate Legend’s presence. What you’ll bring: Management & Leadership – Experience leading and managing an SEO team, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent. Strong Off-Page SEO Expertise – Deep understanding of link-building strategies, website evaluation, key link quality criteria, and competitor backlink analysis. Negotiation & Relationship Building – Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to secure the best value and ROI on link-building investments. Team Growth & Development – Hands-on experience hiring, training, and supporting a successful link-building team. Cold Outreach & Paid Link Building – Experience executing effective outreach campaigns and working with paid link providers to secure high-value placements.
