Are you a Registered Nurse who wants to make a positive difference by delivering high quality care and support to people affected by life-limiting illnesses? Are you looking for a role where you have Time to Care?
Do you want to be part of an organisation who will help you to become the best you can be?
St Margaret's Hospice Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our IPU team in Taunton. This is a permanent, full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
We offer a pay progression pathway which aligns with increasing knowledge, skill and leadership. You will receive a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum* plus the following unsocial hours payments:
* 30% for all time on a Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any weekday after 8pm and before 6am.
* 60% for all time on a Sunday and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight).
We're proud of the services we deliver to the people of Somerset, working as part of an organisation where everyone is valued and supported in the important role they play in delivering our crucial service.
*As an organisation, we are currently considering what, if any, pay increase we will offer from 1st April. We intend to announce this before April's pay, which will be earlier than the NHS typically announce their pay increase. We will keep to this total for the next year before reviewing how we align with NHS pay scales again each April.
