What qualities does it take to be a Care Assistant at Springcare?

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents' lives fulfilled, treating each resident with dignity & respect, and caring for them all as if they were their own family.
About the role:
Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out include:
* Helping with washing and dressing
* Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
* Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
* General housekeeping such as tidying residents’ private bedrooms and communal areas
* Supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provides 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

* 8pm until 8am
