As a Night Porter your main duties will include:

* Check-ins
* Luggage
* Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
* Security of the building and the grounds
* Cleaning duties
* Setting up for breakfast
* Serving drinks

Energy, enthusiasm, and a true passion for excellent customer service are key to this important role. As the Night Porter, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach, be very well presented, and be ready for guest arrivals at any given time.
