Equans is looking for a Front of House Co-ordinator to join our team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
* Reporting to the Helpdesk & Administration Manager
* Responsible for managing the Time & Attendance system.
* Manage the QEHB Finance Administration team.
* Provide a high-quality administration service.
* Lead monthly invoice reports for clients and be responsible for the production of sales invoices.
* Lead the ordering/receipting tasks for QEHB site, including raising purchase orders, receipting services, and invoice matching on Coupa.
* Liaise with Subcontractors and the Shared Service Centre (SSC) to keep unpaid invoices to a minimum
* Manage work orders on Maximo & SAP.

Who are we looking for?
* Demonstrate good team working with ability to work independently essential
* Sound organisational/co-ordination skills
* Good interpersonal skills & telephone manner
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Flexible approach to working
* Reliable
* Prior NHS/Hospital experience is desirable
* Experience working in a Project role would be beneficial
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
This role includes a DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
