In this role, you will focus on creating brand and digital experiences across all digital platforms, supporting the overall development of the visual expression of our brands across our digital design system (Loop) and setting the creative standard for our digital product experiences. You will work collaboratively with the digital design lead and other members of the brand team to ensure a best-in-class digital brand experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Create, develop and manage the creative look and feel of all components in the Loop design system.
* Translate our brand into compelling interactive digital experiences.
* Support execution teams with the implementation of our creative standards using the design system, brand playbook, and brand assets.
* Incorporate user testing and data analysis into designs.
* Work as part of a cross-functional design team to create best-in-class brand and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
* Collaborate with brand management, brand creative, marketing, tribes, and product teams, incorporating their feedback into your work.
* Responsible for the visual expression of components and assets across digital platforms.
* Create ideas for digital executions that demonstrate innovation and an understanding of our brands’ values.
* Implement brand guidelines and principles across all digital platforms.
* Translate campaigns into assets that work across all digital touchpoints.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
* Strong experience in digital product design.
* Experience in user-centered digital environments.
* Interaction design and prototyping.
* User research and testing.
* Strong graphical design skills.
* Conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven track record of delivering strong brand experiences across digital products.
* Ability to follow user-centered design principles and best practices.
* Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and implementation in product design.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
* Ability to influence and problem-solve.
