We are currently recruiting for hybrid remote Functional Assessors who would like a role that involves working from home and in the office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts.
Salary: £39,500 + bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm - Full-time and part-time positions available after full-time training period.

Role Overview:
* Conduct structured Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), ensuring fair and accurate evaluations of claimants' conditions.
* Assess the functional impact of a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, considering how they affect claimants' ability to perform daily living and mobility activities.
* Engage with claimants via telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gather detailed information regarding their health conditions.
* Produce high-quality, detailed medical reports that are evidence-based and provide a clear, structured account of a claimant's functional ability.
* Work to set guidelines and clinical standards, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in every assessment.

Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting.
* Registration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
* Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
