EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 3 (Nursery based)
Hours: 34.75 per week
Salary: Grade E Pay Scale point 11 £27,269 to point 17 £30,060 per annum pro-rata (Actual Salary £21,414 - £23,606 per annum)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant (Level 3) to join our motivated and hard-working Early Years team from May 2025. The position is a fixed-term contract (maternity cover), full time (34.75 hours per week) until February 2026.

Your Responsibilities:
* Have experience of working in the EYFS and a Level 3 qualification in Child Care and/or Early Education (or equivalent)
* Have experience which demonstrates high expectations of achievement and behaviour that inspire and challenge all children
* Be experienced in delivering group and individual child-led learning and be able to demonstrate this in the application process
* Take an interest in new ideas to enhance children’s learning
* Be creative and committed to making learning fun and engaging for all
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour
* Be willing to play a full part in the life of the school
* Work in partnership with staff, parents, governors and the wider community for the good of our children
* Experience and knowledge of the Read, Write Inc phonics programme is desirable
