What You'll Do
As the Group Operations Manager, you'll work closely alongside the CEO and Senior Team, taking a hands-on approach in overseeing our fantastic Venue Managers. You'll play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering our management teams across multiple locations, helping them deliver unforgettable guest experiences night after night.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day management and coaching of Venue Managers, inspiring excellence and championing our vibrant company culture.
* Partnering with the CEO, Business Development and Senior Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive the group forward.
* Keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of venue performance, ensuring each club and bar operates smoothly and profitably.
* Taking care of fundamental HR duties with confidence, supported fully by our dedicated HR professionals.
* Occasionally travelling to venues to connect directly with teams, staying close to the action and atmosphere that makes our venues unique.
