Who we are seeking
We are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join Sunseeker’s well-established Payroll Team at our World Headquarters in Poole, Dorset. As Sunseeker Payroll Administrator you will mange all administrative duties to an accurate and efficient level and thus delivering essential payroll support to all relevant teams. This role will also give you a great opportunity to learn / expand your Time & Attendance as well as Payroll systems.
As no experience of Payroll is required, we are open to candidates from a variety of office based backgrounds with proven track record very strong general administration skills paired with calm, professional, methodical and organised approach to their work.
Example responsibilities include
* Ensuring all data regarding new starters, leavers and amendments have been accurately processed within the deadlines and ensure all manual adjustments are calculated accurately
* Assisting in ensuring the correct PAYE, National Insurance, Pension, Student Loans, Employment Benefit and Court Orders are processed and paid over to the appropriate authorities within the correct timescales.
* Processing and calculating sickness benefit entitlements for all employee absence including SMP/SSP/SAP/SPP/SNCP payments and calculating entitlements on request
* Responding to daily queries from the wider business as required
* Scanning and processing incoming post
To be considered you'll need
* At minimum, an intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy
* Demonstrate passion for detail (numbers, data, accuracy, information)
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently, pro-actively but also within a very well established existing team structure
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently and assertively deal with sensitive and confidential information
* The ongoing right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
* Please note this role is based in the office 5 days per week
