We are right now looking for an experienced Heat Exchanger Business Development Manager within our Commercial Buildings and Heat Exchanger team. A person who can identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s product and ESG solutions, and energetically drive our growing business to achieve year on year sales growth success. If you accept the challenge as our new Business Development Manager, you will oversee developing sustainable sales growth through both existing and new customers. The primary focus will be, though not limited to, the Power, Food & Beverage, Chemicals and general manufacturing across the UK and Ireland. You will be deeply involved in the coordination of activities to ensure the business plan targets are achieved or exceeded. Job Responsibilities You will be expanding your project pipeline by developing technical solutions to support customer requirements. Establishing clear Partner growth which is part of the position as well as supporting and building strong relationship with the UK sales team to develop innovative technical solutions. Furthermore, the key tasks of this position are to: • To develop a business plan to access the heat exchanger market within the Power, Food & Beverage, Chemicals and general industry sectors • Identify sales potential in the region and determine the most effective way to obtain business • Business development through new customers and introduction of new products • Follow up all quotations and establish contact with customer base via sales force • Update sales force with customer contacts and meeting reports Background & Skills We expect you to have a commercial, result-oriented mindset and ability & willingness to analyse and act upon business results is a prerequisite for success in the position. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with working in an internationally oriented environment. You will be part of a strong team of four with a broad sales agenda for several products. Training will be provided. We expect you to be proactive and to take ownership of your own customers.
