About the programme
Getting things to happen how they should, when they should, safely and within budget is both a science and an art. On this two-year graduate programme, you’ll learn exactly how it’s done.
This programme will advance your project management career through four six-month placements. We’ll support you and your development within the Association for Project Management (APM) framework, working towards formal Project Management qualifications.
Over the course of the programme, you’ll work on real projects, complete assignments, and pursue formal qualifications. You’ll also benefit from mentoring by top industry professionals, helping you enhance your project management expertise and develop essential soft skills.
Expect to work on a diverse range of projects – from cutting-edge design and manufacture to in-service support and innovative capability enhancement.
Whatever the task at hand, risks need to be identified and managed, stakeholder requirements satisfied, and the whole assignment planned and delivered safely on time and to budget.
Along the way, you’ll develop strong relationships with colleagues across various business areas, including engineering, commercial, finance, procurement and business-winning. With that professional network behind you, you’ll be prepared to tackle anything that comes your way.
