OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The role of the HR Lead/People Manager is an exciting and challenging role working closely with an inspirational and dynamic Head of People to support in developing and implementing proactive people resourcing plans to attract and retain outstanding Talent whilst meeting their business aspirations of cultural growth.
THE ROLE
1. Creating and implementing strategies to enable a values-driven workplace culture working as an inspirational leader to inspire and drive positive change.
2. Supporting the business abroad in developing a more business operation model to become a more divisional (matrix-driven) organisation.
3. Develop and oversee the group-wide Talent development.
4. Ensure the HR group policies and procedures are legally compliant, lead on complex ER issues, and engage in structured coaching for senior leaders and stakeholders to lead on HR matters.
5. Act as the point of contact for group HR matters and, when necessary, work with the Comps and Bens lead to suggest and implement change to attract and retain the best Talent.
THE CANDIDATE
1. Strong employment law background.
2. Capable operational HR generalist.
3. CIPD qualified.
4. Previous work experience dealing with complex ER issues and experience of wellbeing leadership and implementation.
5. Previous experience supporting HR to create and implement strategies to enable a values-driven workforce culture working as an inspirational leader to inspire and drive positive change.
6. Previous experience developing and overseeing group-wide talent development.
7. Ensure the business is legally compliant and capable of acting as the point of contact for group HR matters.
