Inventory Clerk / Administrator

Main Purpose of the Role:
* Admin work, checking inventory stock.
* Delivering high-quality customer service where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Placing purchase orders with various suppliers.
* Keeping accurate records.
* Providing weekly reports to the Managing Director.
* Performing general housekeeping duties.
* Maintaining quality standards.
Key Objectives:
* Meeting targets to fulfil demands and deadlines.
* Upholding company quality standards.
* Demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to enhance efficiency and meet business needs.
Skills & Competencies:
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in interpreting company documents.
* Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on responsibilities.
