People Administrator (Full-Time)
Project One is seeking a People Administrator to join our People Team based in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various People functions and contributing to the success of our innovative projects. * The successful candidate will join the People Team on a full-time basis, working from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities include:
* Employee Onboarding: Producing offer letters, contracts, and new starter documentation for permanent and fixed-term employees.
* Employee Offboarding: Issuing leaver letters, working closely with payroll, and completing the offboarding checklist.
* Payroll: Coordinating monthly payroll adjustments in collaboration with the Payroll coordinator.
* Security Clearance Processing: Processing various levels of security clearance for employees assigned to customer sites, managing both manual and online processes, collaborating with consultants, directors, and security personnel to obtain necessary documentation and clearances.
* Policy Management: Reviewing and maintaining people policies, ensuring all documentation is in line with recent legislation and accurately uploaded to the company portal.
* Recruitment Support: Assisting the Recruitment partner by scheduling interviews, coordinating diaries and booking meeting spaces.
* General Admin: Maintaining employee records, references, leading on employee birthdays, work anniversaries and long service milestones.
* Benefits administration: Liaising with our suppliers to ensure up to date records
* Support with ongoing people team initiatives: As we strive to continuously deliver best practice, you will play an integral part in delivering new and evolving initiatives to our business.
* Engagement: Acting as an ambassador for culture and supporting with engagement surveys and contribute to culture through various assignments and projects.

* Experience: At least1-2 years of experience working in an administrative focused role. Experience of working within a People Team previously would be beneficial but not essential.
