Quality Advisor
Location: Warrington – Hybrid (willing to travel to different Gas sites)

Our Client, a Global Engineering company, is seeking a Quality Advisor. This role is placed within the petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Aviation, and Construction industries based in Warrington for a permanent position.
The Role:
As a Quality Advisor, you will be responsible for providing quality support to the projects, including quality assurance, quality control, and the audit process. You will have +5 years’ experience working in a highly regulated industry (petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Construction).
Key Activities:
* Providing quality-related advice and guidance to the Project and capturing all quality-related data, such as audit findings, non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
* Conducting internal & external audits in accordance with the published project audit programme and producing reports on audit outcomes.
* Preparing and reviewing Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and supporting QA documentation.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Good Engineering, QMS, and QA/QC background in petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Aviation, and Construction industries.
* CQI Membership or working towards accreditation and recognized and current Internal Auditor qualification – Essential.
* Full understanding of how to deliver internal audits and the development of project QA documentation (Quality Plans, ITPs, etc.).
* The ability to understand and interpret ISO Management System Standards, technical drawings, and a good understanding of ISO 45001 & 14001.
* +5 years’ experience working in a highly regulated industry (petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Construction).
Experience in one or more of the following special processes:
* NDT, heat treatment, surface treatment, and dimensional verification are a distinct advantage.
* Pipework, steelwork, and insulation knowledge – Desirable.
* Detailed knowledge of related specifications (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, PED, etc.) is advantageous.
* Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
