Protocol Education are working with multiple schools in Enfield. We have seen a rise in the number of requierments for a supply learning support assistant amongst our schools.
If you are a student, home maker or would like to get some experience in Edcuation and are only available few days week. Then this role will be ideal for you.
As a supply learning support assistant you will be required to work in different establishment throughout the week unless secured into a longer term role, however these establishment will be close to you in order for you to commute and reach work correctly on time.
As a Supply Learning Suppport Assistant you will:
1. help teachers prepare lesson materials
2. set up and tidy classrooms for lessons
3. work with students to make sure they understand
4. watch, record and report the progress students make
5. look after children who are upset or unwell
6. lead classes with help from the teacher
As a supply Learning Support Assistant you need:
7. sensitivity and understanding
8. excellent verbal communication skills
9. active listening skills
10. patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
11. to be flexible and open to change
12. to enjoy working with other people
13. the ability to teach pupils how to do something
14. the ability to create the best conditions for learning or teaching new things
15. to be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
