Wood is recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team within our Clean Energy consulting division.
The Clean Energy centre of excellence is based in Glasgow; however, we recognise the value of remote and hybrid working, so we are open to applications throughout the UK.
The Role
The Senior Civil Engineer will be a key technical resource by sharing knowledge and experience to aid the overall development of competencies supporting the programme of projects being delivered across a portfolio of clients. As a focal point for civil engineering, this role will ensure our projects are executed safely, on-time, to budget, and to the required standard.
You will assist the Team Leader in identifying and carrying out business development activities to support the winning of new work, as well as reviewing project proposal documents.
In addition, this role will be responsible for the mentoring and development of other team members, ensuring the knowledge and experience you have is shared to support the future growth of the team and the industry.
