Head of Technology, Change & Transformation at Denholm Associates
Denholm are delighted to be engaged as retained partner with AG Barr on an excellent opportunity for a Operational Technology Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. You will have strong infrastructure/network knowledge. Candidates currently fulfilling an OT Security role with good infrastructure/networking knowledge will also be considered.
You will establish and maintain strong partner relationships across both the Supply Chain function and with OEMs to maximize effective and efficient OT system implementation and adoption to meet key Supply Chain targets and digital ambitions.
You will identify OT system improvement opportunities and support the delivery of complex Infrastructure refresh or continuous improvement projects within the OT environment.
This role is being offered on a hybrid working basis (3 days onsite) in Cumbernauld.
Responsibilities:
* Experience of functional partnering combined with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
* Strong communication and influencing skills – both verbal and written. Able to flex their influencing style and engage effectively at different levels of the business.
* Demonstrates a commitment to personal development, ensuring they keep current and up to date with technology.
* Proven track record of managing internal resources and external suppliers to work together on a multi-faceted solution and the experience to troubleshoot and manage critical incidents that can include multiple vendors.
* Proven track record of leading and managing complex technology change projects, ideally within operational technology, including planning, assessing resource requirements, managing budget and risks, and regular progress reporting.
* Able to manage external suppliers to work together on a multi-faceted solution and the experience to troubleshoot and manage critical incidents that can include multiple vendors.
* Demonstrates analytical and logical thinking. Uses experience to resolve issues, recommend solutions, implement preventive measures and deliver results.
* Lead the initiative for improving existing systems and services, using current and upcoming technology.
* Knowledge of network, storage, server and client management technologies.
* Knowledge of server and client virtualization technology.
* Team development capability including mentoring & coaching experience.
