This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Compensation Range: $47800-$59700
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.
Job Purpose
Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Enter sales orders policy and warranty in a timely and accurate manner, accurately code and review to eliminate product returns
* Assist with pricing service work orders and quoting repairs
* Compose and type routine correspondence, organize and maintain file systems, file correspondence and other records.
* Log all service calls in service program in a timely manner
* Maintain a safe, orderly and clean working environment.
* Check all orders for accuracy prior to entering, to eliminate product returns
* Track sales orders to ensure they are scheduled and shipped as requested
* Work with Service and Sales team to assist in customer relations and communicate all problems
* Receive and dispatch service calls and follow up on any calls
* Coordinate service parts pickup for service tech and customers
* Process material returns and monetary credits, warranty and Sales policy orders, and scrap credits
* Assist with overnight bookings/transportation for out of town Service techs
* Service Inventory control, and stock reordering
* Occasionally prepare shipping documents
* All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
* High school diploma or GED
* 2-5 years industry-related experience; or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience. Customer Service skills and/or experience commensurate with position responsibilities
Language Skills
* Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals
* Able to write routine reports and correspondence
* Able to speak effectively before groups and on the telephone
Mathematical Skills
* Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
Reasoning Ability
* Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
* Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions which lead to proper customer solutions
Computer Skills
* Must be proficient in the use of PC based Windows Applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Power Point
* Training available for order entry processing and inventory control through the BaaN system
Overtime Requirements: May be necessary to complete assigned tasks; usually voluntary, but occasionally may be mandatory.
Travel Required: None; however, overnight travel may be necessary for training opportunities.
