KeyResponsibilities:
1. SpecialistCleaning:
o Performcleaning and sanitisation of areas affected by biohazards chemicalsand other hazardousmaterials.
o Usespecialized equipment and cleaning agents to decontaminate andrestore environments to a safe and habitablestate.
o Conductdeep cleaning services for industrial commercial and publicfacilities.
o cleaningof crime scene bodily fluidsflood water extraction and restorationfire damage clean ups horder and void properties needles sweepschemical spills Biohazard road traffic collisons and bodydecompositioncleans.

2. SiteAssessment:
o Evaluatethe extent of contamination and determine the appropriate cleaningmethods andmaterials.
o Identifyand mitigate any safety hazards present at theworksite.
3. Healthand SafetyCompliance:
o Adhereto all health and safety regulations including OSHA standardsensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment(PPE).
o Stayinformed about and comply with local state and federal regulationsregarding the handling and disposal of hazardousmaterials.
4. WasteManagement:
o Safelycollect transport and dispose of biohazardous and chemical wastefollowing regulatoryguidelines.
o Ensureproper documentation of waste disposalprocedures.
5. DocumentationandReporting:
o Maintainaccurate records of cleaning activities including logs photographsandreports.
o Providedetailed reports to supervisors and clients outlining the workcompleted and any issuesencountered.
6. CustomerInteraction:
o Communicateeffectively and empathetically with clients explaining the cleaningprocess and addressing anyconcerns.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Highschool diploma orequivalent.
* Previousexperience in specialist cleaning trauma scene cleaning or arelated fieldpreferred.
* Certificationin biohazard cleaning hazardous materials handling or relatedtraining is aplus.
* Strongattention to detail and ability to follow detailedinstructions.
* Excellentphysical stamina and the ability to work in challenging and diverseenvironments.
* FullUK drivingLicense
* Abilityto handle sensitive situations with empathy andprofessionalism.
* EXPERIENCEREQUIRED IN SAMESECTOR
