Are you our next Operations & Social Value Lead? This role is pivotal in helping KPMG achieve its goal to create positive social impact. You will report into the Head of the Belfast office and also work closely with our Head of Corporate Citizenship and our Belfast HR Business Partner.
Location: Belfast, as part of our hybrid working model.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
Operations
10. Manage the office environment to ensure we provide a positive employee experience for our people.
11. Working with our HR Business Partner to identify opportunities for improving our employee experience and culture within the Belfast office.
12. Point of contact for premises and building related queries. Managing the invoicing process for office sundries.
Support Staff
13. Mentor and support our staff in the Belfast Office Professional Support Group. Oversee recruitment, ensure holiday cover and appropriate training is provided. Performance Manager of our receptionist. Maintain support staff manual time sheets and manage overtime when required.
Social Value
14. Responsible for developing and implementing the firm's Social Value strategy, ensuring compliance with government and industry standards, and leading initiatives that positively impact communities, employees, and stakeholders across Northern Ireland.
15. Coordinating and leading our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme of events and volunteering opportunities for our staff, supported by the CSR committee.
16. This includes identifying opportunities for social impact, fostering partnerships with community organisations, and reporting on Social Value metrics.
17. Work closely with key stakeholders across our business functions to track and manage Social Value commitments and progress.

18. Member of the IDE Steering group along with Senior Management. Responsible for oversight of our 5 key pillar areas and help coordinate activities in each of the areas of Gender, LGBTQ+, Ethnicity, Disability & Wellbeing and Socio-economic.
