This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Hard Services, Pest Control, Carbon & Energy, and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Education & Healthcare market.
About The Role:
Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm shift

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Co-ordinate the reception of staff and visitors, ensuring that they are directed or escorted according to need.
* Work with reception volunteers and reception staff as needed to ensure efficient customer care.
* Control the exterior reception area including traffic and car park management in the main entrance parking areas, paying attention to the disabled parking bay areas.
* Ensure that any smokers are directed to the designated smoking shelter.
* Control the interior reception areas, ensuring that the visitor rest areas are kept free of debris and present a positive and welcoming environment. The post holder will initiate rapid remedial response through contact with appropriate Facilities staff.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
* Be a UK passport holder due to security clearance required.
* An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
* Extensive experience in direct customer roles.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection.
