Job Description
As a pivotal part of an events organization, the Senior AV Sales Executive, provides technical expertise and knowledge during the sales process to create the right solution for our customers while helping the sales team close business and increasing AV sales revenue.
You will work on the front lines with the Sales and property AV teams to position Event AV services, and to deliver a comprehensive solution that can address a client’s specific business goals and objectives.
Salary Up To £65,000 + Company Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in technology services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements
* Achieve individual revenue target
Technical Expertise and Consultation:
* Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge during the sales process by assessing client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
* Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the features and benefits of our clients technology services.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the nuances of clients' decision-making processes.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Solution Development:
* Collaborate with internal teams, including technology and operations, to develop tailored solutions.
* Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and customize technology offerings accordingly.
* Present innovative and effective solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
Market Insights and Feedback:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes, while gathering feedback from clients regarding service offerings and communicate insights internally for continuous improvement.
What We Look For:
* Proven track record in sales, specifically within the AV and technology services sector. Strong presenter, both virtually and in-person.
* Strong understanding of AV technology, networking, and related solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and effective time management skills
