About the Role:
As our Streetworks Auditor, you will be a key player in upholding quality and compliance across our streetworks projects. Working closely with the Streetworks Quality Manager, you'll conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Champion: Conduct thorough audits of permit requests, job execution, and documentation to identify compliance gaps and potential risks.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of streetworks activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could lead to fines, delays, or safety incidents.
* Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
* Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance.
* Incident Investigation: Support incident investigations, analysing root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
