£24,961 - £25,362 - the band minimum is the normal starting pay for those new to a role. In outstanding circumstances, when relevant skills and experience can be identified, a higher starting salary may be considered.

You’ll be joining our logistics team who is currently in the middle of an exciting transformation. We have recently acquired a new 32,000 sq ft warehouse in Bar Hill to transform our Antarctic supply chain.
You’ll help us to deliver a far-reaching supply chain to the most remote continent on the earth through a variety of routes including our own groundbreaking research vessel - RRS Sir David Attenborough.
Within the role, there will be an opportunity to develop many skills, in the team we like to give everyone the opportunity to work on all parts of the supply chain and deal with various tasks and different partners.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
* Receiving, checking, notification and distribution of stores received in goods-in.
* Booking in of deliveries onto our receiving system from couriers and hauliers.
* Loading and unloading transports.
* Receipt of items for freight or cargo processing.
For the role of Logistics and Systems Operative, we are looking for somebody who has:
* A thorough approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively through one-on-one conversations, over the phone, and in team discussion.
* Good personal and task time management.
