Unlike most other entry-level sales roles, this position won't involve cold calling, as you'll be contacting companies that are already paying for services.
The Role
As Client Success Executive, you'll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers as you build relationships and introduce new service lines.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Outreach - You'll be contacting current customers, predominantly using the phone but also by email and LinkedIn.
* Building Relationships - You'll be the face of the business and responsible for creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
* Research - Before reaching out to customers, you'll conduct due diligence and background research into the business to have the most impact when contacting them.
* Becoming an Expert - While you won't be expected to be an expert straight away, you'll keep up to date with new products and releases to maintain credibility with your customers.
