We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional who can lead our amazing floor team in this stylish and vibrant Bar & Kitchen. Previous people management and hospitality experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and be passionate about delivering ‘Nobody Does It Better’ service to guests, whilst caring about every single one of our team members. The Front of House Manager is the face of the business and is highly influential in ensuring every guest and team member has a fantastic experience through exquisite organisation and guest focus. If you are a proud, people focused Manager who will commit to professionally deliver our ‘Nobody Does It Better’ service and standards, then we would love to hear from you Key responsibilities Lead a Front of House team that focuses on the needs of the guest and strives to deliver and exceed that expectation. Achieve and maintain a guest focus environment, ensuring the guest journey is always adhered to. Remain customer focused and deal with complaints with empathy and according to company protocol. Welcome and coach new starters, to help them integrate into the team faster and understand their role sooner. Attend all relevant training sessions and meetings to ensure you understand all aspects of your work. To ensure your knowledge of products and practices are of the highest standard. Coach others, particularly newer members of the team to ensure standards are maintained, and they can deliver key tasks. Run relevant training sessions with your team to proactively or retroactively improve standards, processes, skills or sales To ensure correct staffing levels are in place in accordance with the level of business, to maximise food and drink sales and to achieve wage budgets.
