Your next role
As a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst you’ll be ready to lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in transforming the way we work, using your expertise in systems thinking and change management, along with experience of lean, agile, you’ll identify challenges and areas for improvement that align to our vision, strategies and objectives and implement effective solutions; embedding the skills, processes, approaches and behaviours that will enable a culture of continuous improvement to thrive and deliver sustainable benefits.
You’ll have a good understanding of strategic arenas and leading on large or complex projects.
At this role level, you will also:
1. Have functional and people management responsibilities.
2. Mentor others, develop best practice and implement relevant community of practice activities.
3. Manage stakeholder relationships.
