Job Title: Electrical EstimatorLocation: Runcorn - HybridSalary: Up to £50,000 + PackageWe are looking for a growing organisation and you will be part of the commercial team, pricing new small and medium project works and working closely with the contracts managers to allocate resources to each project.This role is hybrid in the office / working from home and out on site when required, focusing on pulling together prices and tenders to send out to clients, occasional meetings with clients as and when required around the North West.Why You Should Apply:Upto £50,000 SalaryHealthcare packagePrivate pension schemeProgression in a rapidly growing organisationResponsibilities:Multiple quoteing and tenderingPerforming market research on costings and prices to remain competitiveCollaborating with the contracts managers to develop strategies for work resource allocation and in how to add value to a projectWorking with other departments on delivery of additional installation projects and service and maintenance KPIs to adhere to pricingMaintaining and updating the CRM system with client informationNurturing client accounts to ensure long-term relationshipsKey Skills/Attributes & Experience:Proven experience in Estimating from a Technical Building Services backgroundStrong commercial acumen, understanding of costingProficiency in using Estimating software and or other systemsExperience in Client management (desirable)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis role would suit someone who has worked within the Building Services, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors.We will accept applications from those who have worked as a Junior Estimator, Estimator, Electrical Estimator, M&E estimator, Intermediate Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, QS, PQS, Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Commercial Manager, Estimating Manager or someone who has ran and priced electrical works and currently in Project Management wanting to step into an Estimation roleTPBN1_UKTJ
