We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee all aspects of visitor operations, including Visitor Services, Catering, Retail, and Events, ensuring the highest standards. This role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and team management in a high-profile and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding customer service across all visitor-facing operations Drive strategic planning and align departmental objectives with broader company goals Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive revenue growth across all operations Ensure facilities and visitor areas are maintained to the highest standards Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders The Ideal candidate: Proven management experience in a large, customer-facing operation, preferably from a heritage background Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Proven experience managing budgets, achieving targets, and driving operational efficiency Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational detail Experience in retail management and delivering exceptional visitor experiences
